You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- Original Packaging: It must be in its original packaging, including any protective seals, tags, or jewelry pouches.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to complete your return.

- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized jewelry items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved: Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Method: The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
