My journey with jewelry began when I was just 16. That summer, I took a temporary job at a small earring factory. Day after day, my task was to weld tiny posts onto the decorative fronts of earrings. It was repetitive work, yet it demanded absolute precision.
I learned a crucial lesson early on: if the welding point isn’t perfect, the earring won’t last. It taught me that true beauty requires an unbreakable foundation. The master craftsman who trained me always emphasized that only by mastering the basics could I advance to deeper techniques—like carving, stone setting, or even mold design.
To others, it might have seemed like dull, repetitive labor. But to my 16-year-old self, it was magical. I would often find myself wondering: Where will this pair of earrings go? Who will wear them? Will they make her feel just a little more beautiful, a little more confident? And secretly, I dreamed: When will it be my turn to wear them and step into a sparkling life of my own?
Now, at 28, I have grown into someone who can stand on stage delivering presentations, but also someone who works behind the scenes, acting as the backbone that turns other people’s ideas into reality.
Late one night in 2025, I asked myself: Can I finally turn my childhood dream into reality? I took action, but unfortunately, I failed. Yet, that failure wasn’t the end. It armed me with problem-solving skills I had never considered when simply executing others’ projects. I started to reflect, to review, and to look at everything from a completely new perspective.
Finally, in the spring of 2026, I reaffirmed my belief and optimized my path. I decided to try again. This time, it is to fulfill the petite wish of my younger self, and to honor the grand dream ignited by that tiny spark from a welding torch years ago.
