All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Please note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship directly from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, to your doorstep via reliable international carriers.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will usually become active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track the journey of your Petite Grandeur package every step of the way.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Petite Grandeur is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Since our packages are shipped from Shenzhen, China, your country’s customs authority may assess import duties. These fees vary by country and are typically calculated based on the value of the items.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Tide Collection limited is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Petite Grandeur is not liable for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier but are lost or stolen. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance if you are concerned about package security.
