• Product Descriptions: We strive to display the colors, designs, and styles of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in computer monitors and screen settings, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be perfectly accurate to the actual product.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur on the Site.
• Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not mean our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
• Payment: We accept payments via PayPal and major Credit Cards (processed securely through Stripe). By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

• Shipping Address: We only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Customs and Duties: For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or had their protective seals removed cannot be returned.
• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
